This ad was created for Coway’s Ramadan promotional campaign, featuring a limited-time offer of RM58/month to drive seasonal sales. The ad combines festive visuals with a clear CTA (Call to Action), leveraging both cultural relevance and timing to boost conversions.
Design Philosophy: Targeted Festive Design for Market-Specific Impact
Since my target audience is the Malay market, I paid special attention to these design elements:
~ Color selection: Green and gold tones are culturally associated with Ramadan and Hari Raya in the Malay community
~ Visual theme: I used mosque-inspired patterns, hanging lanterns, and traditional clothing to build a warm, festive, and trustworthy atmosphere.
~ Brand harmony: While retaining Coway’s brand identity, I incorporated localized cultural elements to strengthen emotional resonance.
To me, design isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s about this:
